The Swiss Haute Horlogerie brand, Audemars Piguet, invited an impressive group of 16 of the company’s golfing Ambassadors and special guests to Orlando for its first 2018 Golf Invitational. And as a Partner of Miguel Angel for the past 13 years, naturally he was delighted to make a stop-over at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club to join fellow Dream Team members for the event.
Never before had Audemars Piguet’s guests had the opportunity to meet as many of its incredibly skilled pro golfers during one single event. 64 watch collectors from around the world enjoyed an unforgettable experience at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club playing alongside 2016 Open Champion Henrik Stenson, 2016 Masters winner Danny Willett, golf legends Vijay Singh and Miguel Angel, Englishmen Ian Poulter and Tyrrell Hatton, Argentinian Emiliano Grillo, Americans Peter Uihlein and Bud Cauley, as well as the Dream Team’s new members Xander Schauffele and Wesley Bryan. Young Curtis Luck and Marty Dou also joined the special event.
Me and My Golf, the world number one golf Youtubers, set up a fun team competition on the driving range and after an exciting demonstration of the Ambassadors’ skills and competitiveness, trick-shot artists Tania Tare and Wesley Bryan took over to show off their extraordinary talent.
Following this entertaining warm-up, the Professionals led their respective teams around the challenging course at Lake Nona. Each client enjoyed nine holes with a different Ambassador.
After an eventful day on the course, the Audemars Piguet family reunion continued the celebrations at Henrik Stenson’s home. This special treat included a visit to his trophy room and a friendly dinner in the garden.
